“Property is kinda run down...seems like owners trying to improve. TV has very poor service...couldn't watch without continuous buffering. No ice machine. Beds were comfortable. Ppl beside us were fighting...could hear TV from neighbors on the other side as well”

“First off the room was very clean, sheets and blankets smelled like bleach which was a good sign. I really like when hotels use white linens. Part of the reason we stayed there was for the continental breakfast. It was basically non existent. 3 rotten bananas, a few apples and a coffee machine that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in the last decade. The stairs up to the second floor were pretty sketchy also.”

“The staff had no clue where things were the breakfast was messy juice machine broken coffee machine also they had a pot of crappy coffee.there pool was down and that is why I chose this spot.was told it hasn't worked in years.managment were rude.i never used this site to travel and I'm not very happy at all with my very expensive trip.the hotel was old and rundown the outside wasn't kept up the TV had 26 channels and half were blurry.i would like to know why you have this place as an option it……

“advertised continental breakfast when we went in there were two bananas one apple pre-packaged plain bagels and a couple of mini muffins. the room was dusty with con webs on tje light fixtures. the soap dish in the ahower was broken and still stuck to the shower walls,”

“No soap in our shower. Stayed overnight quickly so didn't really allocate time to ask for some, but we really shouldn't have to do that at all.”

“Room was very clean and loved the rustic country decor. Fire place and jetted tub worked perfectly. ”

“Don't miss this lodge hidden in the green hillside near Sturbridge. Nice quiet location, and a neat 2nd storey veranda in Bldg 2 one can access from the upper lot to slow and and chill out. Very reasonable, and fairly priced Thank you.”

“Bed was too small smaller then frame has a 100 dollar deposit that they don’t mention when booked front staff was unhelpful barley has put let’s. Vending machine drinks were HOT.”
